How to Reserve Your Ad
Secure your space now by selecting the desired ad size and make a full payment.
If you prefer to be billed later, request your desired ad size by choosing the Place a Deposit option.
We will earmark the requested space for you. Balance, factoring in any applied discounts as of date deposit made, will be invoiced Oct 1, 2024 and due no later than October 7, 2024 to ensure placement, otherwise space will be release to fill prior to Oct 31 Closing Date. Deposit is non-refundable.

How many times per year is the magazine published?
Our annual resource guide magazine is published at the beginning of each year and copies are distributed year round.
How many copies will my ad be in?
We print and distribute 10K issues per year.
How many issues are distributed each month and where?
Magazines are restocked weekly at locations across all 32 sq miles of Horizon West. We restock a quantity that makes sense for how quickly copies are picked up at that location. Locations can be found here >>
Is the cost for an ad monthly or annually?
It is one time payment for your ad to be in all 10k copies that are distributed year round.
Do you offer a trial paid period?
Since your ad will be in the annual magazine, there is no trial period.
What kind of graphic material is required for my ad?
If you are providing your own ad file, a hires CMYK PDF is preferred. If we are designing your ad for you, you'll receive an input form that steps you through everything in detail so we can make a great display ad for your brand!
Is there a digital version of the magazine available?
We do not publish a flipbook online of the magazine. Our website, HorizonWestMagazine.com contains lots of the information found in the printed magazine plus tons more info about our community!
